The T-Rex 3 Pro is the T-Rex 3 rebuilt in grade-5 titanium with sapphire glass and a 3,000-nit screen, and it comes out lighter — 52g without the strap, despite the 48mm case. It adds the speaker the T-Rex 3 lacked, so calls work, plus a two-colour flashlight and 187 sport modes including HYROX and recreational diving. The 10ATM rating is backed by real EN13319 and ISO 6425 dive certification to 45m with automatic dive detection. BioCharge, lactate threshold, and training load give the line the recovery layer it spent years without.
Strengths

- 45m dive certification with automatic dive detection
- BioCharge energy score plus lactate threshold and training load
Tradeoffs
- No contactless payment on US units
- Zepp OS app ecosystem is thin next to Wear OS or watchOS
- $399 puts it against far more mature Garmin software
